Privacy and cookie statement

The short answer: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tracking. We only process the data you give us yourself, for example when you email us or fill in the form to book a scheduling review. Customer data inside the product is processed under a data processing agreement, on servers in Belgium.

1. Who is responsible?

Unflatten BV, Akkerstraat 79, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium — company number/VAT BE 1025.707.692 — is the controller for this website and the product Planningtool. Privacy questions go to sales@planningtool.eu.

2. Which data do we process through this website?

• Email and the form. When you email us or fill in the form (for example to book a scheduling review), we process your name, email address, company and the content of your message in order to answer you and to organise the review. Legal basis: your request prior to a possible contract.
• Server logs. Like any web server, our hosting records technical log data (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting. They are not used for profiling and are deleted automatically after a short time.
• Fonts. The website loads fonts through Google Fonts; Google receives your IP address for that. No cookies are set.

Nothing else is processed: no analytics, no pixels, no social media buttons, no forms with hidden tracking.

The calculator on this site counts anonymously how often it is started and completed: a number per week only, without a cookie, without an IP address and without the figures you entered. That is all we know, and all we want to know.

3. Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all. That is why there is no cookie banner — there is nothing to accept or refuse.

4. Data inside the product Planningtool

Companies using Planningtool process data of their workers in it — including driving licence categories and certificates. Those are personal data. For that processing the customer is the controller and Unflatten BV acts as processor: we sign a data processing agreement with every customer, the data are kept strictly separate per company and hosted on servers in Belgium. We never use customer data for our own purposes.

5. How long do we keep data?

We keep email correspondence as long as needed to follow up your question or our commercial relationship. Product data are kept as agreed in the data processing agreement and deleted or returned at the end of the contract.

6. With whom do we share data?

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share them only with service providers needed to run the website and the product (such as hosting in Belgium), and only under the necessary contractual safeguards.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and to object to their processing. Email sales@planningtool.eu. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

8. Changes

When this statement changes, we update the version and date at the top.
